WASHINGTON DC– The White House is celebrating the release of an American from an Egyptian prison.
Aya Hijazi was arrested in 2014 on charges of child abuse and human trafficking. Hijazi, who is a dual citizen of the U.S. and Egypt, ran an orphanage for children in Egypt with her husband.

The Muslim man who went live on his Facebook page with disturbing threats towards attendees of a Christian conference will not face criminal charges.
“He had a lot of guns with him, but he wasn’t breaking any laws,” KDLT quoted Sioux Falls Police Officer Sam Clemens.

At a court appearance Thursday, Indonesian prosecutors decided to end their trial against Basuki Purnama, also know as Ahok.

Monday marks Holocaust Remembrance Day and while the world remembers this terrible tragedy, many Holocaust survivors are living their final years in terrible poverty.
A recently released Facebook video shows the story of one such survivor, Olga, who was hunted by Nazis during World War II.
